This month in Healthy Living we are talking about crisis management. What if you lost your wallet or your house keys? What if your best friend stops talking to you?  What if you lose your job? What if there is a spider in my bathtub?  What if…….. We all have crises in our life.  Some are big and some are small. 
I am excited to see some new faces at our April meeting, let your face be one of them! ~Elizabeth Reeve 

SIBLINGS INVITED AND ENCOURAGED TO COME TO THIS EVENT. 19+ yrs old.
 
ALL members are invited, whether you have a sibling to bring or not.  Many members will not bring a sibling, but it will be fun if some of you can talk your sibling(s) into coming.  Siblings must be 19+ years old, thank you!

Come for a night of games and try your skill at a scavenger hunt (prepared by Teresa) geared for 2 teams!

This month in Healthy Living we are going to talk about anxiety and how it impacts us on a daily basis. We will discuss what we can do to manage anxiety and how to prevent it from taking over our lives. Please join us for an informative and lively discussion. As always, new attendees who have not participated in the past will receive a gift certificate. Previous attendees who recruit a member to attend for the first time will also receive a gift certificate. ~Elizabeth Reeve

This month in Healthy living we will talk about what it was like to grow up with a disability for you and your family.  We will have two special guests who each had a sibling with a disability.  They will share some of their experiences and we will also ask members attending to share their feelings about how their disability may have impacted family life.  I am sure you all have some interesting stories and insights to share.  I look forward to seeing you at 7 pm on the 21st.  Please note the day change, our usual time conflicted with Valentine's Day! ~Elizabeth Reeve

Calling all members ages 19-25 who want to get to know others better, who have joined in the past year!

Join us from your home for a virtual discussion group. Elizabeth Reeve will be running the meeting. In this session of Bridging Hearts, we are going to talk about the stress of caring for a family member who might have a medical illness or a mental health problem. We will share stories about our own personal experiences and discuss ways that we can be helpful to friends and family when they need us.

This event is wheelchair accessible.

Join your friends for scrumptious pancakes with a variety of toppings to choose from!  Paint and a large canvas will be supplied, and you will be led to paint by Teresa (and YouTube) step-by-step and complete, possibly your first, amazing work of art! Soothing music played will make for a peaceful experience. You just may begin to enjoy a new hobby! Finish the night with hanging out with your Bridging Hearts Friends!
 
What you need to bring:  $15 to help with expenses; shirt you don't mind getting paint on, if you miss!
Sorry, prices are climbing, so need to cover cost.
